1. Provider1. Proveedor
These terms govern the services offered by Silvadcrist LLC, a company organized in New Mexico, United States (“Silvadcrist”, “we”). By requesting a quote or paying an invoice you accept these terms.Estos términos regulan los servicios ofrecidos por Silvadcrist LLC, empresa constituida en New Mexico, Estados Unidos («Silvadcrist», «nosotros»). Al solicitar una cotización o pagar una factura aceptas estos términos.
2. Service Notice2. Aviso de Servicio
We provide exclusively IT consulting, systems administration, and technical support services for the client’s private infrastructure. We do not host, distribute, or sell media content or third-party software licenses.Proporcionamos exclusivamente servicios de consultoría informática, administración de sistemas y soporte técnico para infraestructura privada del cliente. No alojamos, distribuimos ni vendemos contenido multimedia ni licencias de software de terceros.
3. Quotes and Scope3. Cotizaciones y Alcance
All services are provided under a written quote approved by the client. Work outside the approved scope requires a new quote.Todos los servicios se prestan bajo una cotización escrita aprobada por el cliente. El trabajo fuera del alcance aprobado requiere una nueva cotización.
4. Client Responsibilities4. Responsabilidades del Cliente
The client owns and is responsible for their servers, accounts, content and licenses, and represents that they hold all rights necessary to use the software and media on their infrastructure. The client must grant the access we need and keep their own backups unless backups are part of the agreed scope.El cliente es propietario y responsable de sus servidores, cuentas, contenido y licencias, y declara contar con todos los derechos necesarios para usar el software y los medios en su infraestructura. El cliente debe otorgar los accesos necesarios y mantener sus propias copias de seguridad salvo que formen parte del alcance acordado.
5. Prohibited Use5. Uso Prohibido
We will not provide services for infrastructure used to distribute unlicensed or infringing content, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate services immediately in such cases.No prestamos servicios para infraestructura destinada a distribuir contenido sin licencia o infractor, ni para ningún fin ilícito. Podemos suspender o terminar los servicios de inmediato en esos casos.

7. Limitation of Liability7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Services are provided on an “as is” professional basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss or downtime caused by third-party providers.Los servicios se prestan de forma profesional «tal cual». En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a los honorarios pagados por el servicio que originó el reclamo, y no respondemos por daños indirectos o consecuentes, pérdida de datos o caídas causadas por proveedores terceros.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de New Mexico, Estados Unidos, sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes.
